I had a very pleasant experience with this Highly Professional team! They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery. Dr. Russ was very thorough during the consult visit and has outstanding patience and “chair-side” manner. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything from the digital new patient registration, text messaging, return calls, scheduling of appointments, to office environment SCREAMS “you are a valued patient and we are here to meet or exceed your dental needs”. Speaking of exceeding expectations, Dr. Russ called me the evening of my surgery to check to see how I was doing! I am so happy for the referral to see this group!
Dr Sexton and all the staff I dealt with, several, were very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions, which is usually a lot, to my satisfaction which is not always an easy accomplishment. It has been a day after the procedure and no complications. Pain and bleeding are a lot less than I expected. I would like to rate them above 5 stars but that’s as high as the chart goes.
Very nice staff in the office and Dr. Sexton was very kind. I will be following up with him for oral surgery.
